ECHO Bear Cat along with an international distributor, ECHO Power Equipment Canada (EPEC) has awarded Mark Thorne a SC2170 Chipper/Shredder. Thorne registered to win the SC2170 by purchasing a raffle ticket through EPEC for their annual charity event.

"ECHO Bear Cat was thrilled when EPEC asked us to be a part of their charity event," said Director of ECHO Bear Cat, Dale Winkelman. We are more than happy to donate the SC2170 Chipper/Shredder, knowing it was going towards a great cause."

Thorne was excited to bring his new SC2170 home. He plans to use the SC2170 in his own yard and friends' yards this spring to take care of some twigs, leaves and other minor debris.

ECHO Power Equipment Canada holds a charity event every year. The proceeds were put towards sponsoring a dinner for the men at their local Mission Services and to help fund the Prostate Cancer Centre-London Regional Cancer Program.
